CARDIO KICKBOX
The Class

Cardio Kickboxing is a high-intensity cardio/conditioning class that integrates practical kickboxing and Muay Thai combos. This class consists of 30 minutes of heavy bag work followed by 30 minutes of circuit training. If you’re looking to leave the muscles burning and heart pumping while also learning some self-defense, this class is for you.

The Instructor

Jojo Marquez is a 25-year mountain resident and former competitive fighter under Joe Stevenson’s Cobra Kai and Master Toddy’s Muay Thai. With 7 years of personal training experience as well as 12 years of fighting experience, Jojo understands the value of putting clients first. By providing a setting where all athletes can grow and improve on the craft all year round, Jojo loves helping clients attain their individual goals.

Flex Appeal
The Class

Flex Appeal is a fun, full-body strength and conditioning class designed to help you build lean muscle, improve balance, and boost overall fitness. Using a variety of equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells,
rowers, and functional movements, this class focuses on toning, strength, and fat loss in a supportive, all-levels environment. This class is perfect for anyone looking to feel stronger, move better, and gain confidence in their fitness.

The Instructor

Kari Cummins is a mountain local of 40+ years. She’s a mom to 5 athletes with their sports ranging from ballet, football, soccer, track, and basketball. As a high school athlete herself, Kari has always had a passion for health and fitness. She also has a huge heart for helping and supporting others and cheering
them on towards their goals, so she decided to combine those passions. She recently obtained her personal trainer certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She specializes in youth athlete training, nutrition and is currently working on more certifications to broaden her scope of practice in things like flexibility, mobility, speed, and agility. While she is new to personal training as a profession, she has many years of knowledge in the health and fitness industry and is extremely excited to help others transform themselves.

HIIT
The Class

HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) is a dynamic, high-energy workout designed to challenge and
empower you at your own pace. Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs, so whether you’re
pushing your limits or taking a breather, you’re always supported. Expect a fun, motivated environment
where you can torch calories, build muscle, and boost your endurance. Breaks are always welcome; this
class is about progress, not perfection. If you’re looking for an exciting way to get stronger, sweat it out, 
and actually enjoy your workout, this is the class for you.

The Instructor

Hannah Seat is a mountain local of 20+ years. Her passion for fitness started over 10 years ago. She fell
in love with weight training right away. She grew to love different types of exercise, including
Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, etc. Hannah has a huge passion for fitness and changing lives. She has experience
with clients, ages 14-65. She loves training with teens and helping shape their fitness outlook. Hannah
teaches a HIIT class every Saturday and loves it when new members join. She would love to help build
your confidence and set you up for success.

MOBILITY & RECOVERY
The Class

Mobility and Recovery class combines purposeful warm-ups, mobility drills, 
and focused recovery techniques to improve movement, reduce tension, and
promote overall health. This class is meant for all ages and ability levels. The goal is to help you build
resilience and keep your body performing at its best.

The Instructor

Carlos Martinez grew up as a multi-sport athlete. After high school, Carlos became a multi-sport coach at
Rim of the World High School. He received his personal training certification through NASM. Carlos
currently teaches a mobility and recovery class at Elite Altitude gym in Crestline, CA. He approaches
fitness with vigor and enthusiasm and brings that same energy into each class he teaches.

pilates
The Class
Pilates is a full-body workout that blends strength training with Pilates-inspired movements to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles. This low-impact, high-burn class focuses on core stability, functional strength, and controlled movements while targeting the glutes, legs, arms, and abs. Expect a powerful mix of block work, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and energized.

Paula Plante is a mountain native with a passion for fitness and community. She is dedicated to inspiring
and empowering others to move better, feel stronger, and become their best version of themselves.
